Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 5–10 business days after processing. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 6–13 business days.

Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order required.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all locations within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of your order date, please contact us at support@livwellstore.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. LivWell is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@livwellstore.com and we will do our best to make it right before the order ships.
